Shanghai Nanhua Tooling Company is a private company specialized in manufacturing all kinds of mechanical parts/components with rich experience in machining, welding, forging, heat treatment, and punching.
Since we were founded, Nanhua has continued to improve the facilities to ensure a more comfortable working environment. Nanhua has invested greatly in new equipment (lathes, grinding machines, CNC machines, and more) to enhance the production capacity.
To better control the quality of our products, Nanhua puts a lot of efforts to build quality control system. Our company attained ISO9001:2000 in 2005.
Our company is currently focusing on producing different kinds of pins for construction and engineering equipment, such as weld pins, heat treated pins and smooth pins. Our output is over 1,000 tons of pins per year. Our main customers are world-famous engineering equipment manufacturers in the US and Europe. Moreover, with the development of China machining industry, Nanhua has established long-term relationships with other European and American customers taking advantage of our know-how/expertise and newly installed equipment. Our products are applied to automotive industry, medical equipment, food equipment, and other fields.
On the other hand, Nanhua has built sound relationship with our suppliers for a long term to secure the quality of our products. Our strategic partners, including raw material providers, precision casting suppliers, heat treatment suppliers, and plating suppliers, are very reliable and committed to quality products.
